By accessing or using the services provided by ISLA HARBOR LENDING CORP., you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

ISLA HARBOR LENDING CORP. provides payment gateway services including localized payin and payout solutions for cross-border businesses. Our services are subject to applicable laws and regulations in each jurisdiction where we operate.

Our services are available to businesses and individuals who are legally authorized to enter into binding contracts. You must be at least 18 years of age and comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.

Users of our services must comply with all applicable laws, including anti-money laundering (AML) regulations, know-your-customer (KYC) requirements, and sanctions compliance. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these requirements.

Fees for our services are outlined in your service agreement. We reserve the right to modify fees with advance notice. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in your agreement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ISLA HARBOR LENDING CORP. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Cavite, Philippines.
